DESCRIPTION

RideTech TQ Series universal Shockwaves provide high performance handling, exceptional ride quality and incomparable reliability. TQ Series Universal Shockwaves can be custom configured to virtually any lenght or mounting style necessary. The quality and performance are underscored by RideTech's world class technical support and a million and one mile warranty. We're here to help you choose the right Shockwaves for your application. Likewise, we guarantee that they'll last. TQ Series Shockwaves come with a remote reservoir and feature 24-positions of Rebound, High Speed Compress and Lower Speed Compression adjustment to to help you fine tune the shocks to your driving preferences and vehicle demands. The 1000 Series Shockwaves come utilize a Firestone double convoluted air spring which is necessary to handle the high loads of an independent suspension.

Recommended Applications:
Independent front and / or Independent rear installations on vehicles weighing 1,500-2,500 lbs. per axle.
NOT recommended for solid axle rear applications ... not enough travel, too much load capacity. (See the 7000 & 8000 Series)

Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) in new condition.
for a 15% restocking fee of the price of the part.

Custom Manufactured Parts:
There are no returns on custom ordered items.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order prior to receiving your items,
you may do so by contacting us by phone at 317-856-1810
Any return or cancelations using amazon pay will have an additional 6% service charge to cover amazon’s additional fees for refunding orders.

Please note there is a 15% cancellation fee on all cancelled orders to offset processing fees.

Damaged Goods:
All damaged goods must be reported within 3 days of delivery from carrier.
At that time we will contact the carrier and file a shipping damage claim with the carrier.
If you need an immediate replacement you must purchase the item again until the carrier damage claim is resolved.Depending on the outcome of the damage claim you will receive a refund when carriers settle with us.

Clearance Items:
On Clearance Items ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Delivery Confirmation is Delivered Confirmation
When we receive delivery confirmation from the carrier item is considered delivered.
It is the customer responsibility to secure their property and take up any delivery problems with carrier.

Returning Products:
After receiving a RA number.
Get this by calling us at 317-856-1810.
It is customer responsibility to provide additional insurance on their package and provide us with an accurate tracking number.

Refund Method:
After your approved return arrives to our facility and we confirm that all items are in new/ resalable condition.
Your refund will be charged back to your method of payment.

This process can take up to 5 business days after receiving the product.
