Where's my shocks?!?
I placed an order (#553080);from this company last week for a 2/3 complete drop kit which included coil springs, blocks, u-bolts and four shocks to fit my sons 2000 Blazer. The website showed that the entire kit was on sale for $239 bucks. Sounds unbelievable but yet that's what the site said.
A few days later I got an email saying that I had two packages on the way. They both showed up yesterday and it was just coils and blocks, no shocks. I took pictures of the boxes with the receipts and the internal contents and send an email to this company inquiring about the shocks.
This morning I just decided to call them when they opened and spoke to a wonderful representative named Del. He was super helpful, check the status of my order and the site and verified that my order should have came with shocks. Not only were they in the picture with the part number they were also listed in the included items. He takes my information and tells me he will call me back as soon as possible.
I get to call about an hour later and states that the company is not going to give me the shocks, that someone had messed up with the listing and that they shouldn't have been included. Sure is a good thing I take screenshots of EVERYTHING! I inform Del that the package deal was the reason I purchased from this company. I could have taken my business anywhere but I chose here for the deal that was on the screen. But he stated he had been on four different computers or spoke to four different people and the result was I had to purchase the shock separately for $179 bucks. I really needed these shocks for this weekend's project for my son so I bit the bullet and paid the 179, but the more I think about it the more pissed that I get with this company for not standing behind what they had advertised. Contemplating calling to have it all returned and disputing my charges and taking my business elsewhere even if it takes more money to buy the same thing. The fellow I spoke with was amazing but I understand that his hands were tied. So with that being said if you order anything from this company be sure to screenshot everything and cross your fingers that everything in the picture and listing shows up because mine didn't and the only person that cared couldn't do anything about it. Great business ethics fellas.
On a side note, the web listing has been changed now to reflect NO SHOCKS. Even when I click my receipt email to check status, the shocks have been removed, but I got the screenshots proving otherwise. Not that that's going to change anything but goes to show what they think of their customers. Be warned!!!!

Returns Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) in new condition.
for a 15% restocking fee of the price of the part.
Shipping charges will not be refunded

Custom Manufactured Parts:
There are no returns on custom ordered items.
These include, but are not limited to, items such as wheel adapters, wheel tubs and sliding ragtops.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order prior to receiving your items,

Any return or cancelations using amazon pay will have an additional 6% service charge to cover amazon’s additional fees for refunding orders.

Please note there is a 15% cancellation fee on all cancelled orders to offset processing fees.
Damaged Goods:
All damaged goods must be reported within 3 days of delivery from carrier.
At that time we will contact the carrier and file a shipping damage claim with the carrier.
If you need an immediate replacement you must purchase the item again until the carrier damage claim is resolved.Depending on the outcome of the damage claim you will receive a refund when carriers settle with us.
Clearance Items:
On Clearance Items ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Delivery Confirmation is Delivered Confirmation
When we receive delivery confirmation from the carrier item is considered delivered.
It is the customer responsibility to secure their property and take up any delivery problems with carrier.
Returning Products:
After receiving a RA number.

It is customer responsibility to provide additional insurance on their package and provide us with an accurate tracking number.
Refund Method:
After your approved return arrives to our facility and we confirm that all items are in new/ resalable condition.
Your refund will be charged back to your method of payment.

This process can take up to 5 business days after receiving the product.
