Return/Cancellation Policy


Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) in new condition.
for a 15% restocking fee of the price of the part. Shipping charges will not be refunded

Any return or cancelations using amazon pay will have an additional 6% service charge to cover amazon’s additional fees for refunding orders.

 

Custom Manufactured Parts:
There are no returns on custom ordered items.
These include, but are not limited to, items such as wheel adapters, wheel tubs and sliding ragtops.

All Returns must be approved by our management, within 30 days of purchase.
No items will be accepted for return without an RA# (return authorized number.)

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order prior to receiving your items,
you may do so by contacting us by phone at 317-856-1810

Please note there is a 15% cancellation fee on all cancelled orders to offset processing fees.

Damaged Goods:
All damaged goods must be reported within 3 days of delivery from carrier.
At that time we will contact the carrier and file a shipping damage claim with the carrier.
If you need an immediate replacement you must purchase the item again until the carrier damage claim is resolved.Depending on the outcome of the damage claim you will receive a refund when carriers settle with us. 

Clearance Items:
On Clearance Items ALL SALES ARE FINAL


Delivery Confirmation is Delivered Confirmation
When we receive delivery confirmation from the carrier item is considered delivered. 

It is the customer responsibility to secure their property and take up any delivery problems with carrier. 

Returning Products: 
After receiving a RA number.
Get this by calling us at 317-856-1810.
It is customer responsibility to provide additional insurance on their package and provide us with an accurate tracking number. 

Refund Method:
After your approved return arrives to our facility and we confirm that all items are in new/ resalable condition.

Your refund will be charged back to your method of payment.
IE. PayPal, Visa, MC, Amex, Discover
This process can take up to 5 business days after receiving the product.
