TQ Series ShockWaves® mount in your 2007 – 2013 GM truck just like a Coil-Over delivering exceptional ride quality, handling and stance. The air spring replaces the coil-spring for adjustable ride height while the integral, triple adjustable TQ Series shock absorber can be fine-tuned to your exact vehicle specs and driving style. Triple Tuning capability combines single rebound adjustment with dual – high and low speed – compression adjustment. Remote reservoirs provide consistent fluid temps in all environments, as well as easier access to the two compression tuning knobs. The ultimate TQ Series monotube shocks are paired with the ultimate air springs. For more than 20 years, RideTech has worked tirelessly to develop the correct air spring volume and specs for each application. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) in new condition.
for a 15% restocking fee of the price of the part.

Custom Manufactured Parts:
There are no returns on custom ordered items.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order prior to receiving your items,

Any return or cancelations using amazon pay will have an additional 6% service charge to cover amazon’s additional fees for refunding orders.

Please note there is a 15% cancellation fee on all cancelled orders to offset processing fees.

Damaged Goods:
All damaged goods must be reported within 3 days of delivery from carrier.
At that time we will contact the carrier and file a shipping damage claim with the carrier.
If you need an immediate replacement you must purchase the item again until the carrier damage claim is resolved.Depending on the outcome of the damage claim you will receive a refund when carriers settle with us.

Clearance Items:
On Clearance Items ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Delivery Confirmation is Delivered Confirmation
When we receive delivery confirmation from the carrier item is considered delivered.
It is the customer responsibility to secure their property and take up any delivery problems with carrier.

Returning Products:
After receiving a RA number.

It is customer responsibility to provide additional insurance on their package and provide us with an accurate tracking number.

Refund Method:
After your approved return arrives to our facility and we confirm that all items are in new/ resalable condition.
Your refund will be charged back to your method of payment.

This process can take up to 5 business days after receiving the product.
