• Terms-
  Orders are shipped Prepay Credit Card for payment with orders unless prior credit arrangements have been made. Standard terms are Net 7 days. Terms are considered To be a privilege; they may be rescinded if you fail to meet them consistently. Any and all allowances, special terms or discounts must be made in writing. A finance fee may be charged on past due invoices. In the event that it is necessary to commerce collection proceedings, the buyer will pay all collection costs incurred, including reasonable attorney fees. NSF checks will void all terms in the future; we will require cash or cashier's check only for future orders. An NSF check fee will also be assessed
• Order Refusal-
  Orders shipped correctly but delivered refused by the customer may jeopardize future shipments. Repetition of refusal will revert your account to "PPD Freight".
• Returns-
  All sales are considered final at time of delivery (unless prior arrangements have been made) Parts are returnable if they are defective or they are not the item you requested. They will be exchanged, or, if a suitable exchange is not available, the purchase price will be credited to your account. NO returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Please call or fax your request to our office.
  
• CLAIMS / SHORTAGES / PRICE ADJUSTMENTS-
  Shortages or price adjustments must be reported to our office within 5 Days of Receipt of order, or no credit will be given.
• SHIPPING & FREIGHT-
  All product is shipped FOB Indianapolis, Indiana. Freight paid on all orders exceeding $750.00 Drop shipments are subject to a $5.00 handling charge.

Manufacture Warranties, Restocking Charge-

• Gauge Media Group Inc. does not warranty labor cost. Warranties are subject to the manufactures policies.
• All Returnable items are subject to a 15% restocking charge, regardless of the type of return. Items MUST be in brand new condition. Cut, Painted, Modified parts will be refused as nonreturnable items.
